Veteran producer dead in hospital

Filmmaker and distributor M Bhakteswamal on Sunday closed the eye. The family members declared that he was being treated at a private hospital in the city. In 1971, Bhanugasundam entered film industry as the producer of ' Sundara Ramayana' . BV Vargheth has acted as a producer for several films including 'Kanneswarar Rama '. Karnataka Film Chamber Continues as President for seven years.

 

He is also the youngest to be elected as the president of the South Indian Film Chamber, the Film Federation of India. Bhaktasamthalam, who worked hard to promote Kannada film industry, is the owner of Lakshmi Cinema Talkies in Mysore, Sarada, Minerva, Lavanya, Bangalore. Kannada film trade union president Cheneli Gowda expressed condolences. The director, producer and actors of the film industry expressed his deepest condolences to his death.
